MUNCY – Roland Alexander Zerbe, 19, of 27 S. Washington St., has been charged with punching his ex-girlfriend, a minor, three to four times in the face, causing a black eye, swollen cheeks and swelling to her left eye, borough police alleged in court papers.

The assault occurred at Zerbe’s apartment on Feb. 5, police said.

Charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, Zerbe has been sent a summons to appear this week before District Judge Jon E. Kemp.
