MUNCY – Ebony N. Ramsey, 32, an inmate at the state Correctional Institution at Muncy, has been charged with aggravated and simple assault, aggravated harassment by a prisoner and disorderly conduct for allegedly spitting on one corrections officer and punching another at the jail on March 10, according to state police.

Following her arraignment before District Judge Jon E. Kemp, Ramsey was recommitted in lieu of $200,000 bail.
