MUNCY – Tyree Hakim Holly, 20, of 1016 Vine Ave. in Williamsport, along with two teenagers, were arrested early last Friday morning soon after crashing a stolen car, borough police said.

Holly and a 17-year-boy were passengers in a vehicle that an officer began pursuing in the 300 block of South Main Street because it was swerving from one lane to another at about 1:30 a.m. police said

At the wheel was a 15-year-old boy, who refused to stop when the officer activated his cruiser’s emergency lights and siren.

The vehicle became disabled after sideswiping a pole at John Brady and Lycoming Mall drives, police said.

After they were caught, all three males were charged with conspiracy to receiving stolen property, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

While the teens were petitioned into juvenile court, Holly was jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.
