MUNCY – Eric Jason Weikle, 34, of 511 Pepper St., was charged with corruption of minors, indecent exposure and harassment on July 7.

State Trooper Paul McGee was contacted by the victim’s family after Weikle allegedly propositioned the minor and then sent a text message saying the same thing, according to the affidavit.

Weikle was released on $50,000 bail. His preliminary hearing will be held on Jan. 15 in front of District Judge Jon E. Kemp.
