MONTGOMERY – All criminal charges have been withdrawn against Jeremy W. Winder, 25, and his mother, Rosemary Kaye Winder, 49, both of 61 N. Main St., according to state police.

The son was charged with burglary, felony trespassing and theft while the mother was charged with conspiracy to commit those offenses.

Police had alleged the two illegally entered Kenneth Winder’s home at 62 Ikes Drive in Brady Township and stole a small amount of money and a lottery ticket on Dec. 29. Kenneth is Jermey’s brother, police said.
