Deborah Rider, 52, of Muncy, declined treatment for injuries she suffered when she crashed into a cement barrier in the parking lot of Wal-Mart, 1015 N. Loyalsock Ave., Montoursville, about 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 4th according to borough police.
