MUNCY – A clerk at Smoker’s Express on South Main Street was robbed at knifepoint by a man who fled with an undetermined amount of cash about 6:30 p.m. last Friday, borough police were told.

The bandit, who covered part of his face with a T-shirt, was described as short and skinny, weighing between 160 and 170 pounds, with short black hair and wearing black shorts and white sneakers, police were told.

The suspect was last scene running towards High Street, witnesses told police. There were no reports of injuries.
