HUGHESVILLE – Joshua Paul Kapp, 31, of 66 Willow St., remains locked up on charges stemming from a disturbance at the Peterman Trailer Court in Wolf Township on May 19, according to state police.

Kapp first terrorized a 23-year-old woman and a 16-year-old boy in their home on Orchard Avenue, forcing the two to lock themselves in a bathroom, police alleged.

Kapp then went outside and challenged a neighbor to a fight, police said.

Shortly after two troopers arrived on the scene, the intoxicated Kapp attempted to tackle them, according to an affidavit.

Charged with aggravated and simple assault, disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing and harassment, Kapp was arraigned before District Judge Jerry C. Lepley and committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.
