MONTGOMERY – Patsy J. Hughes, 49, of Montgomery, was injured in a three-vehicle accident on Route 405 in Muncy Creek Township about 7:15 p.m. Saturday, state police said.

Besides Hughes, the other two drivers were Ronald W. Hembury, of Muncy, and Thomas E. Lilly, of Hughesville, police said.

Concerning Sunday’s single-vehicle crash on Wallis Run Road in Gamble Township, the drive, Bruce Frymire Jr., 90, of South Williamsport, has been discharged from Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, a supervisor said Wednesday night.
