BARBOURS – The man injured last Sunday morning, June 18, when his car slammed into a utility pole two miles south of here on Route 87 was Joseph Bower, 22, of Muncy, who was treated at the UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport Regional Medical Center, state police said.
