Man accused of sexual assault
HUGHESVILLE – A Limestone Township man faces criminal charges for allegedly engaging in sexual acts with a 14-year-old girl in a Wolf Township home during the summer of 2015, according to state police.
Bradley Steven Shoemaker, 21, of 132 Sunny Side Road, has been charged with statutory sexual assault and corrupting the morals of a minor, police said.
The sexual acts occurred in a home then occupied by Tina Marie Young, 35, and Steve William Shoemaker Jr., 42, both of whom have been charged with felony endangering the welfare of a child and corrupting the morals of a minor because they allegedly knew Bradley Shoemaker was involved sexually with a minor, police said.
Court records did not state how the Shoemakers were related. Following his recent arraignment, Bradley Shoemaker was released on $25,0000 while Steven Shoemaker, of 810 Route 405, initially jailed is free on $10,000 bail and Young, who has since moved to Montandon, is free on $25,000 bail.
