MILLVILLE (AP) – A 5 year old boy crossing the road in front of his home to reach his bus stop was struck and killed by a pickup truck on Wednesday morning, Dec. 19 near his school bus stop in Millville.

The coroner ruled his death accidental.

Grief counselors were brought to the boy’s elementary school to help his classmates deal with he loss of their friend.

State police are still investigating and have not said if the driver will face charges.
