To the good spirits in Muncy,

I just wanted to extend my thanks on behalf of the Muncy Professional & Business Association for your support of the Annual Muncy Halloween Parade.

Although our organization is not officially responsible for the parade, we continue to try and coordinate as many participants as possible.

Without their help and enthusiasm, the parade would not be possible. Thanks need to go to the Keystone Hook and Ladder of Muncy, the Clarkstown/Muncy Creek Fire Department, Linda Egli and the Students from Muncy High School, Muncy Cub Scouts Pack 24, Murray Motors, Dittmar Oil, the MPBA and all the children and adults who each year continue to volunteer in costume and walk in the parade.

Thanks to Sovereign Bank and the VFW for donating the glowsticks that were handed out to trick-or-treaters.

Special thanks go to Muncy Borough and it’s Police Department for their assistance in traffic support. We hope everyone had as fun a time as our children did and we look forward to next year’s parade.
