Two million dollars, taxpayers!

Muncy Township Supervisors unanimously approved financing $2 million for the renovation of the municipal building! For “extensive plumbing, electrical and mechanical updates,” “a garage” and “adding to the structure to create space on the already existing first floor” to the 1996 building (Nov. 15 Sun-Gazette).

What kind of outrageous Taj Mahal is being built on the backs of the taxpayers?!?! Piece the work out to local carpenters, plumbers, eletricians, etc. and keep the money in the community for a FRACTION of $2 million!
