Emergency Room Robbed

By Staff | Mar 18, 2009

Someone broke into a medicine cabinet at Muncy Valley hospital and made off with drugs and syringes. Police say it appears the bandits knew what they were looking for when they stripped the threads on a lock to the cabinet and stole the goods sometime between March 5th and March 12, at the hospital’s emergency room. Other needles and drugs left behind in the cabinet. Troopers say the bandit was either being treated in the ER or snuck in and stole the goods. Anyone with information on the theft is asked to call police.
