A PennDOT contractor will make alignment changes to the traffic signals at the intersection of Routes 405 and 442 outside Muncy this week.

Work is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, May 20 and 21.

The contractor will relocate the traffic signal pole, move the signal heads and adjust the pavement markings, all in an effort to better align the signals with the traffic lanes.

When the signal is being relocated, traffic flow will be controlled by flag persons. Motorists are advised to plan extra time for their travels through the work zone Wednesday and Thursday.
