First Place Float for Hughesville’s Halloween Parade

Frozen won third prize.

First place winner for the Hughesville Halloween parade went to Josh Moore who organized this train float using barrels painted to resemble passenger cars.

Grand prize was $100 donated by Haywoods Restaurant in Muncy.
