Hughesville Baptist Church had a special installation Service to officially welcome Pastor Debbie Marker on Sunday, Nov. 3. Pastor Debbie is a graduate of the ACTS program at ABCOPAD (American Baptist of Pennsylvania and Delaware) and

is a Certified Lay Minister.

She began her first call on Tuesday, Oct. 1, soon after she was voted in unanimously by the congregation of Hughesville Baptist Church. Numerous pastoral leaders from the NBA including the pastor of her home church, Pastor Ron Wagner and wife Jamie (Montandon BC) participated in the service. Rev. Mark Mahserjian Smith, Regional Pastor for Missions and Communications was the featured speaker.

Following the installation service, the congregation held a reception in the Berger Fellowship Hall, providing an opportunity for everyone to greet and congratulate Pastor Marker.
