Coleen Johns, Fairview Cemetery Site Coordination for the “Wreaths Across America” program at Montgomery, reports that, “Despite the rain on Saturday, December 18, we had a great turnout of volunteers. George Heiges, retired Director of Lycoming Veterans Affairs, did a wonderful job with the service. Assisting in the program were members of the Montgomery American Legion honor and color guards, the Auxiliary, Sons of the American Revolution and members of Montgomery’s EMA.”
