The Muncy High School Junior/Senior Prom was held Friday, May 6, at the Cidermill at Wyndswept Farms on Muncy Exchange Road. There were 140 students in attendance. This year’s theme was “ALL IN” a casino experience. There were Blackjack and Hold’em tables, bottles of bubbly (fizzy cider and juices), and a dessert table overflowing with chocolate dipped strawberries, chocolate covered pretzels, mini cheesecakes, and red velvet mini cupcakes. Students danced all night long to the tunes by Hypnotic Sounds. The prom court consisted of juniors: Ross Eyer, Lucas Gruver, Dominic LaRose, Brady Ryder, Rhoan Stark, Sophia Cole, Audrey Johnson, Lindsey Newcomer, Kaylyn Nierzwicki, and Autumn Schmitt; and seniors: Cody Duchman, Nicolas Laubscher, Travis McNett, Zachary Messenger, Todd Modispaw, Hannah Dgien, Brandi Hitesman, Nicolette Johnson, Caitlyn Renson, and Alyssa Worrell. Muncy Prom Royalty crowned this year were Prom Queen Brandi Hitesman, Prom King Todd Modispaw, Prom Princess Audrey Johnson, and Prom Prince Lucas Gruver.
