Ruth Miller, (front center), surrounded by her family, celebrated her 95th birthday at the “Herman Cousins Reunion” on July 23 at Shickshinny Lake.  In attendance for the celebration were her four children and their spouses, 11 nieces and nephews and their spouses, nine grandchildren and their spouses and 10 great-grandchildren. The attendees traveled from nine different states for the occasion.  Ruth was born in Penns Creek, PA and has been a long time resident of Muncy since 1960.
