Montgomery Area High School holds annual homecoming events
Montgomery celebrated Homecoming on Friday, Sept. 23. Lily Burchell, at left, was crowned the Homecoming Princess, and Erblinda Imeri was crowned the Homecoming Queen. Other members of the court included seniors: Tori Magyar, Jade Hamilton, Kailyn Woltz, Sloan Wooten, Caleb Hall, Gavin Strouse, Brad Leon, Brad Foresman and Noah Gearhart; junior representatives: Emily Murphy and Coy Bryson; sophomore representatives: Summer Drick and Caden Finck; and freshmen: Ava Hartman, Zoe Furman, Parker Persing, Demaj Stewart-Williams and Jase Hanford. The annual homecoming night also brought alumni cheer night. Two members from the Class of 1944 were part of the evening. Seated near center is Florence Love Johns, standing to her right is Marian Harman Bender. According to the homecoming program, other cheerleaders that took part in the evening graduated in the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 2000s, 2010s and 2020s.
