The Roland H. Ritter American Legion Post 268 Commander Steve Haefner announces that this years parade is slated for Monday, May 29 at 11 a.m., with Major General Patrick L. Gaydon as parade Grand Marshal and keynote speaker at the Muncy Cemetery, immediately following the parade. Other dignitaries in attendance will be State Senator Gene Yaw Who will give a few remarks, State Representative of the 84th District Joe Hamm, Muncy Borough Mayor Jon Ort and Edward ZJ. Smith Muncy VFW Post 3428 Commander Jim Krum.

The VFW Post 3428 Color Guard will lead the parade and their Honor Guard will render services at the cemetery. The Muncy High School Band will provide music under the direction of Mike Buck. Anyone interested in participating can still do so.

The parade forms at 10am at Mechanic Street at the Uni-Mart. After the parade and ceremonies, both 268 and post 3428 will be providing light refreshment for parade participants.
