Beverly June Thompson

Beverly June Thompson, 74, of Winchester, VA, died Nov. 23, 2008 at her residence.

Born Sept. 8, 1934 in Picture Rocks, she was the daughter of Frederick and Lois Katherine Smith Binder. She married George Boal Thompson, III on April 5, 1953 in Williamsport.

Surviving, along with her husband, are five sons, George B. Thompson, IV of McLoud, OK, Dean Thompson of Lovettsville, VA, Clay Thompson of Winchester, VA, Guy Thompson of Oklahoma City, OK and Keith Thompson of Winchester; three daughters, Carrie McGill of Manassas VA, Amy Thompson of Annandale, VA and Jill Baldinger of Keyser, WV; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren

A brother, Frederick Binder preceded her in death.

A funeral service will be held Friday, Nov. 28, 2008 at 1 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home Chapel, Winchester, with the Rev. Kenneth Patrick officiating. Burial will follow in Shenandoah Memorial Park.
