Paul L. Frey

Paul L. Frey, 70, of Muncy, died Sunday, Dec. 21, 2008 at his home.

Born July 30, 1938 in Jerseytown, he was the son of Alda E. (Hill) Harris, a currently resident at Grandview Manor, Danville and the late Joy Henry Frey. He and his wife, the former Emeralda E. “Emmie” Frederickson celebrated 30 years of marriage Dec. 2.

A 1956 graduate of Millville High School, he retired from PP&L in 1994.

He served in the U.S. Army reserves and was a member of the American Legion, Watsontown. He was a former member of the Turbotville Lions Club and was Lion of the Year in 1990.

He enjoyed hunting and coin collecting.

Surviving, in addition to his mother and wife, are two daughters: Elisa A. Rapaport, Long Island, NY and Donalda D. “Dee” Brown of Harrisburg; three grandchildren: Samuel K., Harley Jane, and Sage Morgan; three brothers: Darwin Frey, Dover; Gene Frey, Mifflinville; David Frey, Bloomsburg; four sisters: Patricia Watts, Millville; Eulalia Morris, Milton; Ella Mae Weaver, Jerseytown; and Harriet Jenkins, Norwich, NY.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
