Richard W. “Dick” Fisher

Richard W. “Dick” Fisher, 60, of 201 E. Ninth St., Watsontown, died Thursday, February 5, 2009, at Kramm Nursing Home, Watsontown.
Born March 4, 1948, in Lewisburg, he was a son of the late Franklin R. and Ruth (Wenrick) Fisher.
On July 3, 1982, he married the former Tina M. Bull, who survives.
Dick was a 1966 graduate of Warrior Run High School and attended Bloomsburg State College. He worked as a lab technician for more than 20 years at the former Warshaw Manufacturing Co. in Milton, later Runnerless Knits, until retiring in 2008.
He was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Watsontown.
Dick was also a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Lodge # 1133, Danville, the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge # 1208, Milton, the Sons of the American Legion, Watsontown and the 40/8 S.O.L Club, Milton.
He enjoyed bowling, camping, bingo, playing cards and spending time with his family and friends. In addition, he was a fan of NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhart, and the Atlanta Braves.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 26 years are a daughter, Donna D. Cutchall of York; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jason T. Fisher of North Carolina and Curtis G. and Channa Fisher of Florida; a brother and sister-in-law, William and Verna Fisher of Watsontown; three grandchildren, Nathaniel and Logan Cutchall and Cailey Fisher; and two beloved dogs, Katie and Allie.
A visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 11, at Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, 308 Main St., Watsontown, where a memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Officiating will be his pastor, Rev. James H. Fladland, assisted by Rev. Douglas M. Eberly, pastor of Watsontown United Methodist Church.
