Jackie E. Welliver

Jackie E. Welliver, retired professor from WACC, Penn College of Technology, passed into eternity, Feb 6, 2009.

Jackie was born in Millville, PA, Feb 1, 1938. A resident of Williamsport and Montoursville, spending the last four years in San Diego, CA.

He enjoyed teaching, scuba diving, camping and his family.

Preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth L. Welliver, and sister Jean A. Andy. Survived by his brother, five children, 13 grandchildren, 3.5 great grandchildren.
