Maximus Aidan Litzelman

Maximus Aidan Litzelman, 6, of 20 Smith Drive, Montgomery, passed away on Feb. 11, 2009 at the Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia.

He was born April 15, 2002 in Mesa, Ariz., the son of Matthew and Tammy Lee Fitzpatrick Litzelman.

Maximus was a first grade student at Montgomery Elementary. He attended First Baptist Church of Elimsport, enjoyed soccer, baseball, running his four wheeler, playing with his brother, and sleepovers.

Surviving him in addition to his parents are a maternal grandfather, Daniel J. Fitzpatrick II of Montgomery; maternal great-grandmother Wanda Weaver of Wellsboro; paternal grandparents Donald and Shirley Litzelman of Dushore; paternal great-grandmothers Helen Van Brunt of Fair Haven, N.J. and Loretta Litzelman of Estella and a brother, Ethan Litzelman at home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 17 at Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad St., Montoursville, with Pastor Todd Baker and the Rev. Joe Hornick co-officiating. Burial will follow in Green Lawn Memorial Park.

Friends will be received at the funeral from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 16.
