Ann B. Curley

Ann B. Curley, 91, of Montoursville, and a guest at Valley View Nursing Center, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2009 at the home. She was born March 3, 1917 in Reading, a daughter of Harvey L. and Clara May Hinkel Bausher.

Ann was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Montoursville; the Muncy Woman’s Club, and the Montoursville Senior Citizens. She bowled at Faxon Bowling Lanes, enjoyed bus trips with Montoursville seniors, and played cards weekly.

Ann was predeceased by her husband Elmer L. Curley and a son-in-law, Glen A. Reeder.

She is survived by a son, Ronald D. (Susan) Curley of Muncy; a daughter, Marcia A. Reeder of Montoursville; four grandchildren, Curt (Heather) Reeder, Dawn Reeder, Alicia (Tim) Catherman, Ryan (Justin) Taylor, and three great grandchildren, Tyler Curley, Isabella Catherman, and Delayney Taylor.

The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, February 20, at the Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad St., Montoursville, with the Rev. Dr. J. Jeffrey Zetto officiating. Interment will follow in the Muncy Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 12 p.m.
