Edmund E. Wagner
Edmund E. Wagner, 79, of Linden, died Monday, Sept. 28, 2009 at the Williamsport Hospital following a lengthy illness.
Edmund retired in 1993 from Lonza and had farmed all of his life. He was a member of State Road United Methodist Church and enjoyed snowmobiling and motorcycle riding.
Born April 1, 1930 in Montour County, he was the son of Earl and Dora Ritter Wagner.
Surviving are his companion, Sara L. Boudman; a son, Joshua L. (Danelle) of Raleigh, N.C.; daughters, Diane Reinhold of Alexandria, VA, Donna Crockett of Tangier Island, VA and Debbie Masser of Cogan Station; a brother, Rancy of Winter Haven, Fla.; a sister, Violet Wolfe of Muncy and grandchildren, Jaydn, Stephanie and Valerie.
Edmund was predeceased by his wife, the former Grace M. Corson, in 1980.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 3, 2009, at the church, 6738 Daugherty’s Run Road, Linden, with the Rev. Robert L. Basom officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
