Beverly D. Shrawder

Beverly D. Shrawder, age 58, passed away on Friday, March 5 at her home in Pennsdale. She was married on Nov. 11, 2001 to her husband, Dallas L. Shrawder. Born in Renovo, Pa., she is the daughter of Betty J. Barrows of Muncy and the late Bruce E. Barrows.

Beverly enjoyed her grandchildren, gardening, and reading. She was employed at Puff’s of Hughesville until Feb. 15, 2010. Bev was always joyful and often said, “I get a high out of life.”

Along with her husband and mother, Beverly is survived by two sons, Michael J. (Stephanie) Trimble of Turbotville, and William J. (Leah) Trimble of Watsontown; one stepson: Dallas L. Shrawder, Jr. of Colorado; one daughter, Tammy L. (Eric) Berger of Hughesville; one stepdaughter, Penny Shrawder of Delaware; four brothers, Bruce Robert (Deborah) Barrows of Muncy, Brent K. (Kathy) Barrows of Carlisle, Byron S. (Lois) Barrows of Milton, and John P. (Cristy) Barrows of Turbotville; three sisters, Betty Arlene (Robert) Meluskey of Carlisle, Brenda L. Clark of Muncy, and Lois A. (Jim Gordon) Cooper of Sunbury; 9 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Along with her father, she was preceded in death by a sister: Katherine Mary Barrows.

Family and friends were invited to call from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 9 at the Brooks Funeral Home, 207 Broadway St., Turbotville, where the funeral was conducted at 2 PM.

The burial was in Turbotville Cemetery.
