Chad M. Fullerton

Chad M. Fullerton, 21, a resident of 79 Strouse Road, Montgomery, passed away on Sunday, March 14, 2010. Born in Williamsport, Lycoming County, PA, on Monday, August 8, 1988, he was the son of Michael R. and Jill M. (Knouse) Fullerton of Montgomery.

Chad was a 2006 graduate of Montgomery High School where he was a member of the National Honor Society and attended Penn College where he was on the Dean’s List.

Chad ‘s greatest enjoyment in life was being with his friends.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandmother, Donna Fullerton, Montgomery; his maternal grandparents, James (Joyice) Knouse, Muncy; his maternal grandmother, Judith Horn, Muncy; his maternal great-grandmother, Doris Holmes, Williamsport; three uncles, James M. Knouse and Joseph M. Knouse of Montgomery, PA; Michael Oakes, California; five cousins, Nicholas Fullerton; Brittni Knouse; Jessica Knouse; Cheyenne Knouse all of Montgomery; Kyla Oakes, California. Chad was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Richard W. Fullerton and by two uncles, Staurt T. Fullerton and Timothy Oakes.

A service to honor Chad’s life will be held at the St. John Lutheran “Brick” Church, 196 Brick Church Road, Montgomery at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 18, 2010 with Rebecca Cuddeback, CLM of the Jersey Shore First United Methodist Church, officiating. Flowers are welcome.
