Judy A. Miller, 63, of 1793 Cemetery Hill Road, Montgomery, died Friday, June 11, 2010 at the Gatehouse, Williamsport.

Born July 12, 1946 in Muncy, she was a daughter of Lois Frederick of Watsontown and the late Elmer Newton Buck. She and her husband of 42 years, Harry R. “Rick” Miller, were married Oct. 10, 1964. He preceded her in death Feb. 6, 2007.

Judy was a 1964 graduate of Montgomery High School. She worked as a seamstress at the former J. C. Decker, Montgomery, in data entry at Liberty Mutual and in shipping at Liberty Mountain, Montoursville.

Judy was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Montgomery, where she sang in the choir.

She also was a member of the Montgomery Lioness.

Judy enjoyed reading, NASCAR and traveling.

Surviving are two sons, Clark A. (Amanda) Miller II and Michael L. Miller and his companion Janine L. Pysher all of Montgomery; three brothers, F. Charles (Sandy) Buck of Montoursville, Donn B. Buck of Gahanna, Ohio, and Elmer N. Jr. (Cathy) Buck of Montgomery; two sisters, Nancy Berryman of Rockford, Ill., and Joanne (Steven) Gruver of New London, Wis.; and two granddaughters, Harlie and Zoe Miller of Montgomery.

Friends were received from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, June 14 at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy, where a memorial service was held at 7 p.m. A committal service was held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 15, at the Muncy Cemetery. Officiating at both services was her pastor, Rev. Gunther Bernhardt.

The family provided the flowers and suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, Lycoming Unit, 1948 E. Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701 or to the Gatehouse, 1100 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
