Charles Easton Lively, Jr.
Charles Easton Lively, Jr. 59, of Muncy, passed away on March 7, 2012 at the Gatehouse following an extended illness.
Born August 25, 1952 in Prince Georges County, Maryland, he was a son of the late Charles Easton and Florence (Magruder) Lively Ferguson.
Charles attended Parkland High School in Maryland and various automotive training and technical schools in the Washington D.C. area. He worked as a service station manager and mechanic in Maryland prior to locating to the Muncy area in 1983. After moving to Muncy, Charles managed a Radio Shack store. He also became a member of the Teamsters Union and worked several years as an over-the-road truck driver for McCormick Dray Lines.
He was a member of Community Baptist Church, Montoursville.
Charles enjoyed scuba diving in the Florida Keys, downhill skiing and fishing. He also liked to work on classic automobiles and motorcycles.
Surviving are 3 children, Misty, Shawn and Joshua; one brother and sister-in-law, John and Donna Ferguson of Muncy; and two sisters, Faith Bonner and Martha Johnson both of Lothian, MD.
In keeping with his wishes, services will be held at the convenience of the family. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.
