Holly A. Romanishan

Holly A. Romanishan, 51, of Montoursville, died Thursday, July 26, 2012, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center.

Born Dec. 11, 1960, in Muncy, she was a daughter of Andrewleen B. Sartori O’Connor and the late Robert F. O’Connor. She and her husband, Mitch A. Romanishan, celebrated their first anniversary on Feb. 18, 2012.

Holly was employed at Valley View Nursing Center for many years. She loved her cats and enjoyed the beach and ocean.

Surviving, in addition to her husband and mother, are two sons, Patrick R. (Bobbi) Ranck of Hughesville and Nathan E. Ranck of Williamsport; a brother, Jeffrey S. (Cynthia) O’Conner of Picture Rocks; a sister, Nicole S. (Ivy Bixler) O’Connor of Hughesville; and two grandchildren, Dustin and Deonda Halchin.

Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012, at the McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home, 557 E. Water St., Hughesville, with the Rev. Glenn McCreary officiating. Burial was held at the convenience of the family. Friends called from 10 to 11 a.m. last Wednesday at the funeral home.
