Marjorie M. Fox
Marjorie M. Fox, 90, of Montgomery, passed away Feb. 5, 2013, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center.
She was born Jan. 30, 1923, in Elmira Heights, N.Y., the daughter of Collin E. and Effie M. Kitchen Storrs.
Marjorie retired as a floor supervisor from the former Weldon and was a member of the Women of the Moose.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert M. Fox; a daughter, Marjorie Yarbourgh; and a brother, Charles Storrs.
Marjorie is survived by a son, Benjamin M. (Dolly) Fox of Montgomery; two daughters, Mabel M. Fay of Montgomery and Margaret M. Williams of Muncy; a foster daughter, Lucille (Jack) Lupold of Muncy; a stepbrother, Carson (Thelma) Packard of Troy; 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral service was held yesterday, 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad St., Montoursville, with Pastor Isaac Wilson officiating. Interment followed in Franklin Cemetery, Unityville. Friends were received at the funeral home from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
