Virginia Dalton 89, died Wednesday April 10, 2013 in Greenville SC. where she was visiting her daughter Mary Lou. She was a former Muncy resident for over 20 years. After the death of her husband Ed Dalton, the business manager at the Muncy State Correctional Institute, she made her home with Cindy in Atlanta Ga.
