Ruth Louise Reynolds

Ruth Louise Reynolds, 78, of 890 Allen Drive, Muncy, died Sunday, May 19, 2013 at her home.

Born April 5, 1935 in Muncy, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Harriett (Drum) Sellers. On July 26, 1952 she married Theodore C. “Ted” Reynolds who preceded her in death December 21, 2009. Together they celebrated 57 years of marriage.

Ruth’s greatest joy was spending time with her family. She especially loved family picnics and watching the grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow. Ruth was fond of gardening and working in her flower beds and she enjoyed cooking and canning.

Surviving are three sons, Theodore C. Reynolds, Jr. and his wife, Elyce, of Muncy, Miles J. Reynolds, of Hughesville and Joseph W. Reynolds and his wife, Marsha, of Muncy; one daughter, Karen Reynolds, of Troy, VA; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by one son, Gary Reynolds, who died in 1982.

Friends were received from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 23, 2013

at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy, where the funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Friday.

Burial followed in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.
