Marco A. Castruita
Marco A. Castruita, Sr., 35, of 144 W. Water St., Muncy, died Friday, July 12, 2013 at his home.
Born October 25, 1977 in Quintana Roo, Mexico, he was a son of the late Enrrique Castruita, Sr. and Josefina Moreno. He and his wife, April C. Montesdeoca, have celebrated 12 years of unity.
Marco began working at Nicholas Meat Packing, Loganton and for the past eight years has worked as a machine operator for the Benton Foundry.
He attended Clinton Baptist Church, Montgomery.
Marco’s biggest joy was spending time with his family. He was also fond of shooting pool, taking photos, fishing, camping and playing basketball. Marco was a health nut and loved eating healthy and lifting weights.
Surviving in addition to his wife are one son, Marco A. Castruita, Jr. at home; two brothers, Enrrique Castruita, Jr. and Ricardo Castruita, both of Mexico; two sisters, Maria Castruita and Sonia Castruita, both of Mexico; and In-laws, Steve and Margie Snyder and Megan Snyder, all of Turbotville, Amanda Ackroyd, Izabella Lutz and James Fenstermacher, all of Muncy.
Friends were received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St. Muncy. The funeral was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Clinton Baptist Church, 60 Warren St., Montgomery, with his minister, Pastor Dave Jacobs, officiating.
Burial followed in Muncy Cemetery.
The family provided the flowers and suggests contributions be made to the family or to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
