It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Richard W. Starr, 81. He will be greatly missed and forever loved by his wife Gladys, Steve (son), Joy (daughter-in-law), grandchildren Tyler, Jenna, Riley and Lani, and many other family members and friends.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 299, the Lion’s Club, and a volunteer for Little League Baseball and the Boy Scouts. He was born in Montgomery and relocated to Florida in 1981 after retiring from PennDOT. He was an accomplished woodworker and will always be remembered for his warm, compassionate smile.
