Helen L. Reynolds

Helen L. Reynolds, 77, a resident of Montgomery, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, in the Muncy Valley Hospital Skilled Nursing Unit. Born in Muncy Creek Township, Lycoming County, on Wednesday, Oct. 14, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Hazel Kiper. She was the widow of Walter L. Reynolds Sr. who preceded her in death on July 28, 2005.

Helen was employed by the Montgomery Post Office.

She enjoyed attending yard sales, spending time with her grand and great-grandchildren and was an avid collector of cook books.

Helen is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Walter L. and Patty Reynolds Jr., of Montgomery; two granddaughters, Felicia Eichenlaub and Ashley Reynolds; and three great-grandchildren, Alvia, Dakota, and Brelynn. In addition to her husband, Helen was preceded in death by one brother, Gary Kiper; one sister, Patricia Buck; and one nephew, Allan Reynolds.

Graveside funeral services were conducted in the Twin Hills Memorial Park at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013, with Pastor Becky Cuddeback, of the First United Methodist church of Jersey Shore, officiating.
