Mary Walker Devore

Mary Walker Devore of Little Elm, Texas passed away January 21, 2014 at the age of 91. She was born April 18, 1922 in South Renovo, Pennsylvania to Grover C. Walker and Flossie P. (Miller) Walker. Mary grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from Muncy High School in 1940. She worked for Sylvania in the Quality Assurance Department and was a cafeteria manager in Fallsburg, New York. Mary was an avid reader.

She is survived by her daughter, Georgianna Waltman Womack and husband Thomas of Little Elm, Texas; grandson, Geoffrey Waltman Womack and his wife Elizabeth of Roanoke, Texas; granddaughter, Beth Anne Enloe of Frisco, Texas; great-grandchildren, Mason Enloe, Hannah Womack, Clair Womack and Olivia Womack; sisters, Lola Wertman and husband, Edward of Muncy, Pennsylvania, Pearl Iseley of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, and brother, Charles Walker and wife Margaret of Picture Rocks, Pennsylvania.

Mary was preceded in death by her first husband, George Waltman of Muncy, Pennsylvania and second husband, Joe Devore of Mountaindale, New York; parents, and brothers, Grover E. Walker and Samuel C. Walker.
