Willard E. “Bud” Kisner

Willard E. “Bud” Kisner, 86, of Muncy, died Saturday, February 1, 2014 at the Gatehouse, Williamsport.

Born December 31, 1927, he was the son of the late Carlton and Netta (Smith) Kisner. On September 4, 1949 he married the former Betty J. McManigal, who survives. Together they celebrated 64 years of marriage.

Bud retired after 33 years at the former Bethlehem Steel.

Surviving in addition to his wife are one son, Larry Kisner, of Muncy; two daughters and sons-in-law, Carla and Thomas Kitchen, of LaPorte and Lane and Larry Sones, of Muncy; and three grandchildren, Camaron and Tyler Sones and Cole Kitchen.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two grandchildren, Wade Sones and Hilary Kitchen.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
