Wayne Monroe Barto

Wayne Monroe Barto, 69, of Hughesville, died Friday, Feb. 21, 2014. He was born May 14, 1944, in Penn Township, Lycoming County, a son of the late Monroe V. and Betty E. (Artley) Barto. In 1982, he married Donna Jean Merrill, who survives.
