Mildred L. Fraley

Mildred L. Fraley, 92, of Hughesville, died Monday, April 7, 2014, at Rose View Center.

Born Aug. 24, 1921, in Cheyenne, Wyo., she was a daughter of the late Edward and Clara Hendricks.

Mildred was a member of the Picture Rocks United Methodist Church and the Picture Rocks Senior Citizens. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, knitting and reading.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, William D. Fraley.

Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Thursday, April 10, at McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home, 557 E. Water St., Hughesville, with David K. Fishel, Chaplain of Susquehanna Home Health Hospice officiating. Burial followed in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy. Friends called from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

The family provided the flowers and suggest memorial contributions be made to the Picture Rocks United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 366, Picture Rocks, PA 17762.
