Ronald Kepler Sr.

Ronald Kepler Sr., 76, of Montgomery, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014, at Geisinger Medical Center.

Born July 18, 1937, in Elmira, N.Y., he was a son to the late Jesse and Molly Eassett Kepler.

Ron honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy. He was a self employed contractor and had worked at Keystone Construction.

Surviving are his daughter, Vanessa (Christopher) Glenn, of Linden; son, Ronald (Deb) Kepler Jr., of Jersey Shore; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held 3 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2014, at State Road Cemetery, Cogan Station, with full military honors accorded by the Jersey Shore Honor Guard. Rev. Dean Olson officiated.
