Wayne A. Appleman

Wayne A. Appleman, 59, of 160 Paradise St., Turbotville, passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2014.

Surviving along with his wife, Francie, are his mother, Lucille Appleman, of Turbotville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Abigail F. Appleman Schrack and her husband Daniel, of Turbotville and Christina J. Hope and her husband John, of Newville; five grandchildren, Chase, Grady, Ryan, Audrey Hope and Alice Schrack; and two sisters, Doris Greiner and her husband Lang of Forty-Fort, and Carol Chaapel and her husband Robert, of Turbotville.

Friends called from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, at the Warrior Run Historical Church, 41 Warrior Lane (the intersection of Eighth

Street Drive and Susquehanna Trail), Watsontown, with the funeral service being held at 4 p.m. A masonic memorial service was held at 1:45 p.m. Burial was in Turbotville Cemetery and held privately.
