Vicki L. Jones

Vicki L. Jones, 64, of 31 S. Main St., Hughesville, died Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at her home.

Born September 21, 1949 in Middletown, Ohio, she was a daughter of the former, Juanita H. (Presley) Jones, who survives and the late Robert W. Jones.

Vicki was previously employed as a clerk at the courthouse, but worked most of her life as a secretary in ER admissions at the Muncy Valley Hospital.

She loved current events, following politics, and had an appreciation for Obama. Vicki loved animals.

Surviving in addition to her mother of Muncy are a brother, William Jones, of Williamsport; sister and brother-in-law, Deborah and Tony Pennings, of Cogan House; step brother and step sister-in-law, Nicholas and Jackie Trocine, of Quakertown; nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father she was predeceased by her step father, Anthony Trocine and two brothers, Harold and Robert Jones.

A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1st at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy, with the Rev. Jane O’Borski, pastor of Bethany United Methodist Church, Hughesville, officiating.

The family provided the flowers and suggests memorial contributions be made to the SPCA 2805 Reach Rd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
