Gregory W. Bryson

Gregory William Bryson, 48, loving husband, son and father, of Muncy, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014, in the Geisinger Medical Center at Danville. Born in Muncy Creek Township, Lycoming County, on Friday, Dec. 17, 1965, he was the son of William B. and Linda (Middaugh) Bryson of Muncy.

Greg was the husband of Tina (Rummings) Bryson with whom he celebrated a 21st wedding anniversary on July 10, 2014.

He was a 1983 graduate of Hughesville High School. Greg was employed as a truck driver by Evans Equipment at Monroe, Ind.

He enjoyed motorcycles and trains. He cherished spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two sons, Donald Bassett, of Baltimore, Md., Sean Bassett and Mandy Campbell, of Hughesville and two grandsons, Damian Bassett and Ethan Bassett. Greg was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bruce and Geraldine Middaugh and William and Marvine Bryson.

Funeral services were conducted from the Galen R. Betzer Funeral Service, 108 N. Main St., Muncy, at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 3, 2014, with the Rev. James R. Pentz, pastor of the New Covenant Assembly at Montgomery, officiating. Interment was in the Green Lawn Memorial Park. Friends called on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
