Wayne D. King

Wayne D. King, 70, Montgomery, died Monday, Dec. 29, 2014, at the Muncy Valley Hospital. He was born Sept. 23, 1944, in Muncy a son of the late, Willis E. and Lena M. (Hopkins) King. Nov. 4, 1963, he married Shirley K. Fairman, who survives.

He worked for Kvaener Power, Inc. (former E. Keeler Co.) Williamsport as a machinist. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping.

In addition to his wife of 51 years, Wayne is survived by a daughter, Tammy L. (David) Bartlett, of Montgomery; two grandchildren, Seth and Megan Bartlett, of Montgomery; two brothers, Lester (Audrey) King, of Eilmsport and Willis E. (Shirley) King Jr., of Mazeppa; and two sisters, Sherma Hill, of Montgomery and Nancy Vermeulen, of Montgomery.

In addition to his parents, Wayne was preceded in death by a brother John King.
